The Eternal City of Rome is the scenario of another wedding that I found incredibly stimulating.
Justin and Elisabeth, both Americans, chose me as official photographer for their wedding ceremony, celebrated on May 2011 in the Capital of Italy. They asked for a picture story, spontaneous and which showed in details what they had organised for their wedding day. The magnificent places of the city, the ancient ruins of the historical city centre and the brilliant blue sky of a warm summer day filled our eyes with enthusiasm and were the background to our shots showing the evident joy of the newlyweds and the infectious laughter of the guests.
From Washington to Rome, Justin and Elisabeth cherished the desire to tell everyone about their most beautiful day spent in one of the real treasure of Italy, where art features the most predominantly since thousands of years. Together with the newlyweds were friends, relatives and guests who came to Rome for that special occasion. The entire day was characterised by elegance: from the wedding arrangements in a hotel in via Veneto, to the ceremony in the Church of Santa Maria di Loreto, but the heart of our photo shoot, as soon as the ceremony had finished, concentrated on the long walk among the ancient ruins of the archaeological site of the Imperial Fora. Every photo is full of art, the passion that led them to choose Italy as destination for their wedding.
The photo shooting for Justin and Elisabeth was also published on the website www.matrimonioperfetto.it by Vogue, which wanted to describe the experience of a foreign couple in love with Italy.
